Do you think all on-line casinos are fixed?

Wouldn't it make sense for the house to just calculate the minmum they pay out at every turn of the wheel and maximise their profits? Isn't it just a fat racket?

Most probably. Although it's all electronic finding "true randomness" is very difficult. The casino business laws mean that the casino has to have the cash equivalent in the bank/vault to cover every bet on the floor. Meaning if the house lost every time at once they can pay out. however these online casino's that aren't set up as a side business on the strip buy multi millionaires I doubt they'd have that kind of back up. Meaning they can't take the risk of being able to lose that many times.

I think they are not completely "fixed" however the odds probably lie slighty-considerably in their favour.
