You should be able to get them from the place that sold you the remote. Its a total PITA job dude. I think you need to wire up all sorts of relays and sh*t for the manual transmission bypass. I would DEFINITELY check out the 8th gen civic forum like the other dude said. I wasnt sure about the wiring for my wifes CRV so I looked at the actual Helm manual to determine which wires to use based on which ones were powered up at each key stage (one, two, start)

It will be around the speed rating of the tires that came on the car. I would expect a Honda civic si to be electronically limited to approx 125 mph.

most remote starters i've seen are for automatic transmissions only. they want to make sure you don't start a vehicle that is in gear.
you may have to modify the wiring to make up for clutch pedal lockout.
