Rate my Pokemon Rain Dance Team?
I have managed to create a Rain Dance Team without Kingdra, so whatcha think (OU tier)
Zapdos w/Damp Rock, Calm nature, 248 HP / 228 SpD / 32 Spe
Thunder, Rain Dance, U-Turn, Roost
Ludicolo w/Life Orb, Modest, 32 HP / 252 SpA / 224 Spe (Swift Swim)
Surf, Ice Beam, Energy Ball, Rain Dance
Kabutops w/Leftovers, Jolly, 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Waterfall, Stone Edge, Stealth Rock, Aqua Jet or X-Scissor (which one?)
Hariyama w/Flame Orb, Adamant, 252 Atk / 92 Def / 164 SpD
Close Combat, Fake Out, Rain Dance, Ice Punch or Stone Edge (which one?)
Vaporeon w/Leftovers, Bold, 188 HP / 252 Def / 68 SpD
Surf, Ice Beam, Wish, Protect

I'm not sure if Vaporeon fits it on this set, what do you think?
Actually I'm just thinking of a team to create for my last Gen IV team before Gen V comes out in the west. This will be the team (I wasn't happy with others). Plus I've already started IV breeding my kabutops and Hariyama, so I'm gonna go ahead and stick with this team.
Anyway, I'm gonna keep U-Turn on Zapdos for scouting purposes and so I can switch with some damage to a sweeper. I know it won't do that much damage, its just I don't want to reduce its defences or speed, so a -atk nature is the only way to go.
I'll drop vaporeon and bring in something else (with Stealth Rock so I can go all attacking on Kabutops). And I'll go with Stone Edge over Ice Punch on Hariyama

how come when I use 2 water types, people complain, but when you use 4, nobody does?
I'm kind of worried about the three electric weaknesses, and no resist... I'd replace vaporeon, I don't really think you need wish. If you replace it with a ground type, it might be better. I'm not that sure about stealth rock on kabutops, but if it works for you, I guess you should keep it. a steel type could also helpwith a few types, but I don't think grass is that big of a problem. rain also weakens the power of fire for steel types.
stone edge on hariyama, ice punch isn't taht strong. since you'll be outspeeding a lot of things, xscissor might be better
a uturn from a -attack zapdos probably won't do much.

A kyogre is better to be on this team, but its nature and IVs are more unpredictable so a Politoed is okay. You don't need rain dance on kingdra because Politoed has Drizzle. Also Scizor doesnt really benefit from this., so i suggest replacing him with Electivire to pair with Jolteon Electivire (Motor Drive) Discharge Thunder Low Kick Earthquake You pair him up with Jolteon and they both use Discharge. Electivire's Speed will be raised while Joteon's HP will be healed. If one of them dies you always have Thunder to use so you wont hurt you ally. Metagross is an overall good pokemon, and can fit into almost any team. He is pretty good. I rate your team a 9.5/10 only because of scizor.

good moves.
x-scissors and stone edge are the more powerfull moves so i would go for them.
