Decorating Spritz Cookies?

Piped buttercream icings in various colors and flavors, chopped nuts cooked into them, little non-pareil colored balls, red hots, finely diced orange slice candies. Pretty much anything you put on a sugar cookie... .

mini choc chips, mini M & M's, i cut candied cherries (red and green) and place then in the center, chopped nuts and even coconut and of course choc jimmies or colored sprinkles

You could carmelrize-(don't know how to spell it, sorry)

Also you could bake it with litle chocolate parts (:
