Fr has the larger atomic radius.

He has the smallest atomic radius.

F has the highest ionization energy not including the noble gases.

In does have the lowest ionization energy in group 13.

The answer is a)1A. Reason: Moving across a period, the number of protons increase while the number of electrons don't really change that much. As the protons increase, more electrons are pulled closer to the nucleus, thereby decreasing the atom. Because of this, the atomic radius decrease going across a period from left to right. hope this helps!
