Are there any Female Psychiatrists in Sydney that Bulk Bill?

I'm looking for a female psychiatrist in Sydney that not only Bulk Bills but is also Australia or speaks English fluently.

Too many times I have been to see somebody and could NOT understand a word they said nor them me.

This is so frustrating when you cannot find someone to give you the proper help you need.

    I dont believe that psychiatry is part of the medicare system? It is a speciality so there is always a charge.
