Anyone else have Thanksgiving ruined by the expansion draft?

i am pretty happy with the choices the club formerly known as the wizards made. it would be a drag to loose jimmy conrad, he has been a great veteran and deserves the chance to retire with the club formerly known as the wizards. but given that he is 34 next season, is one of the better paid players and is coming off his 2nd concussion, i think we are safe that no one will take him. apart from that the most interesting non-protections are josh wolff, zoltan, and sunil chhetri.

getting carrol was a nice pick up for your union. I definitely would not have let him go if I was the crew. He is probably top 5 central midfielders in the whole league so what the?

The union will have high picks in the draft and if they use their DP slots they could be a very formidable squad next season.

Im not that disappointed with RSL's list. The only complaint i have is Nelson Gonzalez. The kid is good and is receiving pointers by Morales and is young so i dont know why they put him on the list.

Can someone convince Vancouver to take DeGuzman from Toronto? I have tried and tried to stand up for him, but he is not making it easy. Definately not as good as his 'player of the year' days in Spain.
