Approach her, be confident, and start a conversation. Talk for a little while then say something along the lines of "alright, well it was nice to meet you. We should hang out sometime. Can I have your number (or here is my number), I'll get in touch with you soon." Or at the end of the conversation you could just ask her to hang out on whatever day at whatever place then get her number to give her more details. You just always, always have to be confident. If you've seen them, or will see them again..I would seize an opportunity when they're alone, may'be bump into them GENTLY to make them drop something on''accident'' and help them, or just say hey...strike a conversation, keep it going for a bit then... hey would you like to grab a coffee some time...or what ever is fun to you...

I do this all the time with cute checkout chicks at electronic stores. I usually tell them something like " I know this is really sudden and you don't really know me, but I've two tickets to (some movie) n my date ditched me. I was wondering if you'd wanna go when you got off work =)? N just say it with confidence and smile. Worked for me everytime but once n that's cuz she has a boyfriend.

well i dont really ask out the guys, i let them do that :P hahah but if i were to i'd go up to him and just start up a conversation like "hey im emma" and ask a casual question then afterwards be like hey so maybe we could do something sometime? and give em my number :)

Just sit down next to them (if your in like a library or something) and strike up conversation. It's not hard. Just be yourself.

End the conversation by saying "by the way i'm (insert name lol) and i think your really awesome. Can i have your number? maybe we could see each other again soon?" then judging by her facial expressions, you will know if she is interested in you or not.

ya this is kinda tuff well i Guess try the bold approach if you think some Girl/ guy is Hot say so (Hey i think your Hot wanna go out sometime?) but I always think knowing the person fisrt is better if your strict on what you want.

Um, you don't? Get to know 'em first. Like just say, ''hey! Do you have facebook or text?'' In my opinion I'd probably walk off if some one ever walked up to me and asked me to go out with knowing them..

The best guy to have ever approached me randomly did this:
