I don't understand why there are no more new questions on 1st page of questions for a week now?

If new questions are now found on some other pages, some one please tell me. Thanks.

    Go to the Ramadan homepage and click on "Newest"

    Under Open/In Voting/Resolved

    It says "Sort by"-Newest (click on it)
