how do you file a complaint with the credit bureau?

a friend of mine in landscaping performed some work and the client refuses to pay. the person called and said i have your money but will not pay. i know you can file suit in small claims

court, but can they file a complaint with the credit bureau or do anything to damage this

persons credit? they decided not to use him anymore and now refuse to pay him for

work done/ thank you y/a people.

    Credit bureaus don't take complaints from the general public, otherwise everyone would have poor ratings.

    As you stated, you could take the person to court and get a judgment. That would show up as a "public record" on their credit report.

    You could also turn this debt over to a reputable attorney or collection agent. They can file information on the person's credit report.

    No they will not take personal complaints..

    Small court is ur main option but for a "complaint" you can always put it through the Better Business Bureau

    No, credit bureaus do not "take complaints." Small claims court is his only option.
