What is a website I can use to find the name of the person who owns a cell phone for free?

I'm trying to find out who owns a cell phone that I have the number to. No one seems to know who it is. I have been trying to use reverse cell phone number websites, and all of them give me the area of the person, and what kind of phone they use, but none of them will let me see who owns it unless I pay. Do you know of a website I can use that won't make me pay to find out the name?

There are no free reverse cell lookups because the cell phone companies charge for anybody to look at their information. This is mandated by law.

The Good news, however, is that you can lookup the name and addresses for dirt cheap ( 99 cents!!! ). There is one website which is extremely easy to use that will provide name and address information on cell phone calls (plus house value and income, background checks, criminal checks if your interested) at http://tracecellphonenumbernow.com/

    Good Luck!

Get a No Cost Phone Number Scan at https://bitly.im/aL5dp

Its a good way to start. The place lets you to do a no cost phone scan simply to find out if any telephone data is there. This basic alalysis is done without cost. For a full detailed report its a modest payment.

Here's Reverse / Whose Number Lookup page. If you're talking about cell phones, you usually have to pay for that. I've had pretty good luck just using Google a phone number to find out who's calling. If you are researching a quantity of numbers, though, I suppose, you might want a service. I can't imagine why the average person would need to research a quantity of numbers, though, so I assume this is business-related, and it then seems only fair that you pay for a service. But maybe it's not.

No. Cell phone numbers are protected by privacy laws.
