No! Sorry to burst your bubble honey but most entertainers PAY to work ( between 50-200) a night plus a standard of 10%-20% in tips to staff and management. We only make tips nothing more so we are at the mercy of the clients and our sales skills each night.
Most clubs do have some kind of VIP deal going. Usually its 300 for 30 minutes and 500 for an hour. Sometimes you get drinks or bottle service with this. In my 6.5 years of dancing I haven't had anyone ask for a refund so it is more than worth it.
Most clubs dances on the floor are 20 or 30 a song. Sometimes you can get a little bit of a deal. A thing I do is 2 songs for 50 on the sofa but they guy has to be behaved ( no touching especially grabbing) and most entertainers prefer a tip ( at least 5 bucks) as many clubs take a portion of dance sales ( see above tip outs)
