what all should be delete off your computer to keep it running fast and low?
I know we should delete our cookies but what else should be deleted on a regular basics to make sure it runs faster and without so much noise?

your Asian so its a shame to your culture that you don't know this
1: programs that you've never heard off on the add/remove programs manager
2: defrag the computer from the control panel
3: there's a disk clean up option that's in the tools from the start menu that cleans out all of the unnecessary files that should be done every two weeks for top performance
4: check the fan on your computer because if its making noise then that's one main problem, if there's no dust in the fan after doing the other things and there's still noise. Make sure the fan doesn't need to be replaced or the CD drive is loose and rattling from the running fan shaking it.

Delete unwanted programs that you don't use.
and also go to msconfig (type it in when you click start...search box) click on it and click on start up tab and un checkmark anything you don't want to load on your desktop
oh and if you want you can delete pics/music you may not want either
