How to get rid of my phobia of snakes?
Ive had a phobia of snakes for as long as i can remember & im tired of being scared and wanting to cry whenever i see a snake.
I can't look at a picture of a snake cause I automatically get chills & the feeling of wanting to cry. I really want to get rid of my phobia. Please help.

I had the same thing but I looked up videos on YouTube and got intersted in them and I own 3 snakes now, go to a pet shop where they sell snakes and ask them to let you hold one.
