questions about Judge Judy show?

I was looking for a show to watch, and I found this show Judge Judy. Is the show real? I mean are the cases real? It seems like Judge Judy is so mean to people related to the cases. Can you tell me more about that show?

    It's completely real. The thing is, like most reality Tv shows they're all real to an extent and then its just added drama and emotions (that normally wouldn't happen) just to get more viewers.

    The people are REAL. The cases are REAL. The rulings are FINAL. The drama is EXAGGERATED! This is JUDGE JUDY!
