Does your teacher have a webpage that might have a study guide posted? Check there and try posting another yahoo answers question. If you have notes from class (or at least a few topics of study), you could review and ask questions as well. I will look back here and see if I can help.
Is it possible that a friend from class would have the book and be willing to get together to study? Could you borrow their book?

It would be very hard. I tried googling and didn't find anything. You could tried google and if you don't find anything, try remembering what you have seen in that lesson and google for a summary or lecture. It could help. Hope i helped.
