I would like to inform you of 2 things,
(1) It's Not Comcast Cable Internet
(2) It's Not your new Dell computer that's causing the problem
(3) It's WINDOWS 7, That's your problem
Being that you live in the states you have no knowledge that there are other Free Operating Systems available to you, Even Dell won't tell their customers that they install Linux on their computers in other parts of the world,
Microsoft rules the roost in the States They tell manufactures what Operating system to install.
