He actually talks about things that other people can relate to like Not Afraid or Love the Way you Lie or Like Toy Soldiers and he will say whatever is on his mind and doesnt give a **** about other ppl whaen hes rapping

Lil Wayne is wack the only good song that he ever had waz lollipop and bedrock but that waz with young money and i didnt even like his part his songs dont have strong messages like Eminems songs do.

Eminem, I'm basing this solely on lyrical strength. Eminem can just express much more, in a much better way. He's verbally a lot more gifted and talented, in my personal and humble opinion ;)
