Senior Citizen Chaps: What do you remember about your stag night?

Mine was disaster for me.There were only 5 of us going for a drink on Thursday night,i was due to marry on Saturday. but on the Monday i had stabbed a piece of wire into my left had.( i was in the wire trade.). By Thurs morning i could not lift my left arm.Half way through my first drink,they had to take me home.My mother spent hours slapping on poltices,however we were married on the Saturday,still with my wrist bandaged. That was in 1950.

Cheating a little as I am speaking for my husband. Forty years ago his Stag Night was quite a civilised thing and the night before the wedding in those days. He was driving 2 friends home and stopped for fish and chips. When they came out a friend said "Looks there's ---- sitting in a police van". Turns out his pal had been desperate to relieve himself and had went through a close to do this and was nicked by the police. He was so embarrassed that the 3 of them made a pact and swore to keep it to themselves. They did too....until a few months latter a summons came in and his wife saw it. The whole incident never went anywhere, charges were dropped but to us all it was a real big deal. So funny when you think what goes on now on Stag Nights.

When I was on active duty in the military our military club held a monthly stag night and I do remember them very well, although the one I remember most was not a stag night I was authorized to be an attendee. I was actually working as a waiter for the military club and the first stag night I was working as waiter I was ordered by the manager to go and serve the entertainment people at their dressing room. I knocked on the door and was welcomed, to my surprise the ladies/women were the strip teasers hired to perform, of course they were getting ready and were in the state of undress. That was very exciting for me as a teenager.

I had my Stag Night the night before my wedding and remember too many pubs and too many drinks.

Stag? OH! I remember when I shot that 6 point buck and had his meat for dinner....

I never had one, doggone it. Actually it's just as well. Having too much to drink and being a party to the forced hilarity and make-pretend eroticism of a stripper taking off her clothes in front of a gang of men who all know each other was never my idea of fun.

Went to a nightclub with my mates only to find my wife to be was having her hen party at the same venue!

We were a bunch of card playing "sow butts" that actually were longing for the company of some "sweat hogs".

Finding out one of the strippers was my bride. What a suprise. Divorced her later.

If you can remember it, you didn't have a very good one.
