How do I fix the IO broken pipe exception in Questia Library?
While browsing books at Questia online library I keep getting this message: IO exception broken pipe. I have no idea what it means and how to fix it.
The people at Questia Customer Service are simply ignoring my emails.

I have exactly the same problem! I need proper access to do my research.
I've written to Questia before but have yet to receive any reply from them. Customer service stinks.

Amen. Let's organize a boycott- then maybe they will recognize that there are a lot of angry customers out here- who think that an automated response to this problem is NO RESPONSE!
