15th Birthday Destination; Somewhere AMAZING?

Question

I'm turning 15 on May 2nd. My parents want me to decide where I want to go now so that they can make arrangements. --I dont want a quincenera. So far I've been thinking about 
Rome
Venus (sp? -- The country.)
Anywhere in California (hometown.)
Chicago, Illinois. 
Atlanta, Georgia.
Vancouver, Canada.
Seattle, Washington.

I want to go somewhere that i'm going to remember for life. Somewhere absolutely amazing.
As far as money goes, my parents want to keep it under $90,000. (ninety-thousand.)
But if needed I'm positive they'd let me use more. 
So, anywhere that you know of that is entirely UNFORGETTABLE? (:

sri lanka is a nice place to travel. Because there are lots of thing and places to watch in a small island,if you gone a start from Colombo  u can travel to any direction in around two,three hours  by a vehicle.

There are manyNational Parks you can visit in Sri Lanka. Yala is the largest national park.

If u want to shopping during you`r trip, You can buy cloths( like cloths for you`r winter season,also other cloths) very cheap in Colombo(House of fashion,odel,majick city,kandy…are few of good fashion houses in sri lanka.
If u want to buy leather works like bags, wallets,chairs… very cheap in pinnawala. 
If u want to buy jems Rathnapura is the best place to buy them.

i would suggest  to go to disneyland and rent or stay in the castle in the park, i think you can do that becuase i think one is a hotel. that would be cool.
