Disable updates in your mail settings.
Mail page>>options>>mail or more options.
Near the top of that page----UNcheck the button next to "Enable Updates".
Then click "save changes" at the top of the page.

That e mail became no longer from yahoo, yet from a scammer attempting to scouse borrow your account. The hyperlink factors to a non-yahoo website, in case you type your username/password that they had have finished administration over your account.

Go to Yahoo Pulse then at the right click Settings.
