It will be on the RAW Best of 2010 DVD that comes out on January 25, 2011. This release will be available on DVD and Blu-Ray.

Nope! and it never will be because WWE will not release another Shawn Michaels DVD if he is no longer on WWE tv because they can't promote it sufficiently enough to get adequate sales and no new footage means no DVD.
