How old is my Hobart M. Cable cabinet grand piano?

My cabinet grand piano manufactured by Hobart M. Cable Co. has a Serial number of 12299. How old is it?

    You need a copy of

    Pierce Piano Atlas

    which has information like that.

    I don't know if it's still in print, but

    most piano tuners have a copy.

    Look for a piano tuner with a membership

    in the PTG (Piano Tuners Guild)
