Would you please suggest some good craft project?

My craft teacher is really ..........., he says "I am a genius coz I am an earth warrior" Well, the truth is really far away from that. So, please tell me a DIFFERENT (as he says) craft project which I ca suggest to him.

Update:

I am in class VI

There are some jaw-dropping awesome crafts being made out of recycled stuff, everything from 2 liter soda bottle lamps to furniture. If you do a google image search for:

    Recycled Art Award Winners

    Recycled Art

    Recycled Art Contest

You will see amazing crafts made out of everything from paper to wood, to metal, in forms ranging from scupture to portraits to furniture to clothes.

If, by "craft" you mean functional objects, substitute "crafts" for art, and include

    Recycled Crafts Projects

    as an image search.

I've seen some awesome work done with Fused Plastic Shopping Bags, also.

HINT: NEVER believe ANYONE who declares themselves to be a "genius." If they have to tell people you are one, chances are they aren't...lol!

It sounds like a good project. I worry about the safety issues with hot glue, too. When I was a kid, we made do with Elmer's school glue. Remember, this project doesn't have to outlast the Taj Mahal, nor does it have to be perfect. Let the kids do as much as they can. You can keep the pre-cut stuff in reserve in case they get frustrated, but let them try. If these Sponge Bobs can stand pretty good, you can turn them into "Sumo Bobs." What you do is take a cardboard box that is fairly square, and will hold two sponge-bobs. Flip it over so you have a flat surface, then draw a circle on the surface. Place the two sponge-bobs on the ring, and the two boys tap on the surface until a sponge bob falls over or goes out of the ring. The spongebob left standing inside the ring is the winner. I think it should work just fine. And if it doesn't, well, try a different project next week. Maybe a Crusty Crab Cake? (-:

A good craft project, why not make paper flowers out of coffee filters and water colours and tape and wires for the stem.
