What is this funny feeling in my belly?

All day I have been having this fluttery feeling in my belly. I had my tubes tied 12/17/2008 6 weeks after the birth of my daughter. I had somewhat normal cycles until this year. That's when they started coming every other month. I had a liver biopsy on 09/24/10 and came on my cycle 09/27/10-10/02/10 and have not had a cycle since. I had this same feeling with my daughter at early stages in my pregnancy but wonders if anyone else has ever felt this?

I had made an appointment to see the OBGYN who did my procedure this afternoon.
