Is is possible to create a wedding registry on eBay?

I'd like to ask for items on eBay. Is there a way to create a list that others could view?

Amazon.com is probably a better bet.

I don't know if you can or not. You might want to rethink that in any case. Are you wanting your guests to have to buy things at auction for gifts for you? That would take a lot of time for them. Some people won't even buy stuff on eBay because they are worried about getting ripped off.

I would probably buy a present off list if someone told me they were registered on eBay, just because it would be so much quicker and easier to buy a present at, say, Macy's.

Very tacky & rude. Bridal showers are not held for married women. And wedding gifts come from wedding guests. You and your husband chose to get married without any guests and that means you forgo all the trappings for a traditional wedding. Her heart is in the right place, but she needs to be stopped. Thank her for wanting to do this, but let her know that you and your husband will not participate. My husband & I eloped. We didn't have a shower, reception or register for gifts. After we were married a small handful of people gave us gift because they wanted to. You have been married for 3 months, anyone wanting to give you a gift would have done so by now.

Resiter to a regular store (Bed Bath & Beyond, target, Macys, etc) and there is a "comments section" for guests shopping on your registry and you can say money and giftcards are appreciated or have it known by "word of mouth" or have a wedding website for you guests to visit and just ask for money so you can buy the items you want from ebay or wherever.

I like the first person's suggestion of Amazon.com. Buying on ebay could be a hastle.

you should try myregistry.com...you just have to add an "add to myregistry.com" button onto your browser and then if you see something you like on ebay just click "add to myregistry.com" and it will add the item to your list...you can also add items from different stores. it's really easy!
