Si el sintoma es que se queda colgado en Logo del Celular entonces, la solucion es un flasheo al celular con eso andara 100 puntos otra vez.
Claro que te faltaba algunos datos mas, como desde que momento se puso asi, si fue de un momento a otro o se te cayo.
Si fue de un momento a otro que se te puso asi, entonces solo flasheo. Si se te cayo entonces hay que limpiar y resoldar la placa luego flasheo.
