Are you legal or barely legal!?

I just turned 18 a few days ago & today a guy was like "oh your fresh!" *wink*. Are you legal, or barely legal? And what's the best about being your age?

    I'm 21. I like being 21 because I can legally buy alcohol and I'm at the stage in my life where I just want to do as much as I can as soon as I can
