We make more noise when we need to be quiet!?

everyones in bed so you have to be quiet and everything you step on creeks, every object you pick up will knock something else down and everything you want to do makes a painful amount of noise lol

i just realized now...after waking mum up

    ive noticed that often the more you try to be quiet the more noise we seem to make and it also seems when im at my most clumsy like dropping or knocking something metal on to the stone kitchen floor kinda clumsy
