Why did Manny Pacquiao ask for 24 DAYS to cutoff drug testing in the first negotiation with the Mayweather?

Because by that time he can have his system cleaned out from any performance enhancing drugs

I heard originally in an interview Freddie Roach say they only needed a 2 day cutoff for drug testing because of Manny's phobia of having blood drawn even though it's been scientifically proven to have no affect on performance. I let that slide because mentally you need to feel you best to be successful in boxing. Then they came out with the ridiculous 24 day request. I believe that it is Bob Arum and Top Rank preventing this fight from coming off. I believe they are afraid of Manny losing, which would decrease a major amount of cash flow for them. They've openly said they don't care what fight the fans, bloggers, and experts want to see. I think they only care about the most lucrative fights for their company, that typically involves another fighter under the TR banner that is not good enough to beat Manny, but has some what of a name that will bring them money. ex. Clottey, Margarito, now (free agent) Mosley. I will never buy another TR fight until he puts his fighter against reasonable competition.

Mayweather has no right to demand blood test from anybody, he's a Xylocaine using, woman beating, repeat offending criminal, who died and made him boxing commissioner? Sound legit enough?
