Cosplay ideas? Harry Potter~!?
I have a hard time deciding anything! I need a Harry Potter costume to wear to a convention with my friends! But I can't decide who to go as! Our group has a Draco and Bellatrix so far. I don't want to be Draco's parents or anyone too terribly tall, and I've been banned on doing Harry for personal reasons. I just can't decide! Any suggestions?

If I'm wrong, please correct me, but with a name like Kerrie I'm assuming you're a girl? You could wear a pink skirt and sweater and go as Professor Dolores Umbridge. Especially if you can do that high-pitched giggle of hers. She's so horrible, I hate her, but she'd be fun to play!
If not her, then Luna Lovegood would be good, too. You could act sort of bubbleheaded and I'd bet you could imitate her voice with very little practice. She would be a fun one to do.

Why not be Snape? You could still be a part of your friends group because of who they are being, while still being someone who would be fun to cosplay? You could even do something kinda different like Sirius? That could be fun to cosplay with your bellatrix. She could run around killing you and screaming "I killed Sirius black!! ect" or just screw it and go as harry :) Or even better, if you had like red hair or something you could go as Ginni!!
