yahoo video chat won't work?
we are setting up my sons new hp lap top and downloaded yahoo messenger, the chat and pc to pc voice chat work, but there is no option to video chat, he has a built in web cam , it works on its own, but in the contact section there is no video icon, i went in to the set up web cam and went thru the steps, so now im stuck, im new to this and any help would be greatly appreciated
he is also under age and has put his real age in when he created his account, just thought id add as many details as i can to help resolve this

I am not sure whether this will help you but you could try the following:
Click on "Help" in the top right hand corner of the Messenger Toolbar.
Click on "Set up Video and Voice".
Go through the process as shown by Yahoo.
When you want to video call someone, right click on their name in the Messenger Window. Click on "Start Video Call".
