looking to lose weight?

I am a 17 year old guy who weights 200 pounds and I am 5 feet 9. I want to lose between 30-50 pounds. The thing is, I work full time in McDonald's. My shift is 9-5 and it's monday to friday. although i stopped buying food from there, I find it hard to resist temptation sometimes. I enjoy playing basketball, but in canada, it's not the appropriate weather to do sports. I really don't enjoy running in the treadmill. any tips on losing weight?

Honestly eating healthy and exercising is the only true way to lose weight and keep it off. Also, eating foods that are as natural as possible (i.e. little to no artificial ingredients or preservatives) are easier for your body to digest and and process, so not as much of it turns into fat as processed/artificial foods.

It sounds kinda hokie, but it's 100% true. I've talked to lots of people who started a natural foods diet and said that the weight almost melted off. And it happened to me. I gained 30 lbs while undergoing chemotherapy for cancer a year ago. Afterwards, when I tried everything I could think of to keep the cancer from coming back I changed my diet to consist only of foods that didn't have anything unnatural in it, and I'm telling you that 30 lbs melted off me so fast. And it wasn't an unhealthy way to lose weight at all. Make sure you eat right or the weight will always come back. Lose it in a healthy way (which sometimes takes more time, but it's worth it) and you will not be sorry.

Without a doubt, the 70s diet still retains sway. Low calorie, high fibre celery stop you snacking, and contains high levels of calcium which help to get rid of the fat content in different foods. Tip: Eat braised oranges with roast chicken to negate the actual bird’s calorie content.

Go bland. Plain, straightforward, unseasoned food such as prepared chicken, plain rice and a bare baked potato are nutritious but your palette will tire of them quickly, unlike salty moreish prepared food, which keeps you snacking and piling within the pounds.

People who plan their weekly meals tend to be successful at losing weight than those who don’t. Plan your dishes to add in healthy carbs such as nice potato and wholegrain pasta, green vegetables and lean proteins, buy all of the ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted to eat out or order in.

Sunlit side up please. Two eggs for breakfast is better than a bagel in terms of managing your weight, says a report from the International Journal involving Obesity.

I will try to keep it simple. Your metabolism is basically the rate at which your body burns calories to create energy. So the faster your metabolism, the faster you burn calories and the easier it is to lose unwanted weight. To boost your metabolism naturally you just need to eat the right foods.

You can sit down and literally eat a 1,000-calorie dinner and yet be absolutely starving just a few hours later and the reason is simple: Because your body didnt get what it needed in those 1,000 calories so it sends signals to your brain telling you to ingest more calories and thus, the late-night cravings. That means that the surest way to end those late-night cravings and keep your weight loss goals on track is to eat a more balanced, nutritious diet that actually gives your body what it needs.

It's VERY EASY to lose weight if you eat the right foods. Check out Dr. Charles Livingston's video here: http://www.sexyjese.com/ - it will blow your mind.
