how long does hydrocodon [vicadin] stay in your system?

Hi John, Hydrocodone (Vicadin) can be detected for up to 6 days from your last dose.
This medication is physically very addictive and mentally moderately addictive, so you should be careful to strictly follow the dosage prescribed by your doctor.

it really depends on how much of the drug is in your system. if you have been taking a lot of it lately it will take a little longer. usually the drugs stays in your system for about 2-3 days. the best thing you could do is drink water to pee as much as you can to get it out of your body. the morning of the test drink a lot of water before the test, the clearer the urine is the better chance you have.
