Anyone Know 1NOX1 Washback Rate?

Does anyone know the wash back rate for Operations intelligence tech school? My husband is leaving Monday for Goodfellow and he wants to be prepared. If you do happen to have an idea, please leave your source.

He'll find out sometime between Tuesdy and Wednesday when he starts talking to the other airmen there. The Air Force is over manned right now, and is discharging a lot of airmen out of tech school. Tech school is all about hard work, dedication, and willingness to put up with BS. When I went through recently, you could be kicked out on your second block test failure. We had 18 blocks, and some of them were only 10 questions. Miss a 4th question, and you loose your career before it even starts. Intel school is gonna be hard, very hard, but if he's smart enough to get the ASVAB scores to get intel, he'll be fine. They teach everything from the ground up, but you've got to catch it the first time, because they don't have the time to go over everything multiple times. We were told to study for 2 hours a day, but I don't think I studied that much the entire time I was there.

Like I said, as long as he stays focused, stays out of trouble (don't get a DUI, etc. That's not that hard to avoid), and works hard, he'll be just fine.

Any other questions I can answer for you? Best of luck to him, and welcome to life as a military spouse!

This kind of job is not so much physical (like special forces) as it is mental. It just depends on his study habits and his ability for paying attention to detail.
