well then, won't the Big 12 only have 11 teams?

No one is leaving and Nebraska is joining next year. And it will still be called the big ten with twelve teams, those schools up north they sure can count!
Edit: Actually the Big 12 will only have 10 teams, because Colorado is jumping to the Pac-ten with utah. The big 12 can't change their name to the big ten because the big ten still wants that name. The Pac-ten though will change its name to the Pac-12(the only conference in College football who can count)
