I happened to catch the show just a couple nights ago and it opened with people looking at a picture of her and lamenting that she "would have wanted us to go on". It makes me think she died in the line of duty, but that may have been an episode I missed.

..... but having never tasted goat cheese, I am reluctant to put an entire meal at risk for something I or my guest may not care for. My question: what other cheese(s) would you compare it to? I have had blue cheeses of various kinds, feta, brie, other soft cheeses, but how would you compare the taste of goat cheese to any of those?

I have a couple pieces of cod I want to have for dinner tonight, but have not been very successful cooking it in the past. I try to keep it healthy (baked, maybe pan fried but never deep fried), so if you have a tried and true recipe it would be appreciated. Thanks.
