you need to scan for virus/spyware, i suggest you download avast(free version) and give it a scan n destroy. if that doesn't help, you should get a canned air and blow air into the exhaust of your laptop(if you haven't clean it for a long time dust will build up on your heatsink). if that don't work... then you need to back up all your files and do a nuke-n-pave (erase the hard drive and reinstall your operating system)
