Which teams do you expect to be HIGHLY motivated for their bowl game?

In addition to the teams you mention, I think TCU, UConn, and Texas A&M will be highly motivated.

TCU and their fans would obviously rather be playing in the NC game but being in the Rose Bowl against a very impressive Wisconsin team gives them a chance to prove they belong among the elite teams. And of course, ending a season undefeated is always a big motivation factor.

UConn also must be motivated. They are now in the nation's spotlight in a huge bowl game. They also want to prove they're not a fluke team and that the Big East still deserves to be an AQ conference. The elation of the coaches might start to wane a bit when they review film and see how big and fast the Oklahoma defense is.

Because of their fan base, A&M is always motivated but they can put a cherry on top of a special season by winning the Cotton Bowl. And being matched up against a great SEC team like LSU adds to the excitement. The Cotton Bowl may not be considered a major bowl these days, but it could be one of the top 2 or 3 bowl games this season.

Texas A&M has a six game winning streak and should be very happy to play in the cotton bowl.

Alabama because they want to prove everybody that they are still a good team and they are better than Michigan State
