can't move in sleep paralysis lucid dream?
It feels like I have a choice to either fight to wake up or to let myself go but the question is for the ones who let themselves go deeper into it do they die? Because thats what it feels like would happen. sleeping but seeing everything infront of you.

Hmm...
So youre eyes are open, but you cannot move? Youre still asleep? I have been asleep before and dreaming while I can also feel and hear everything in real life and I have had hallucinations right after waking up. I have lucid dreams all the time, I have been shot in my lucid dreams. I am still alive. I think that if you actually die in the dream, you die in real life? Kinda like that dream some people have about falling, they wake up before they splat. Your brain wakes you up.
I am sure I have helped you none, as I am not fully sure what youre asking. If I have totally went off base, my apologies. LoL.

I know how you feel. I have narcolepsy associated with that is sleep paralysis. It does feel horrible but let me tell you...I let myself "go" all the time and I just drift off and wake up fine. It is scary and does take practice to not be afraid. I'm so sorry you're going through that, I know it's frightening.
