How can I resize windows 7 main partition?
I have C drive with the windows 7 main/system partition and E drive with my files only as well as G drive with unallocated space. How do I merge the unallocated space with the C drive?
Any help is appreciated.
PS: I need something proven with the lest risk possible.
Both solution s didn't work, as I turned system protection off and the extend option is still not selectable.
how do I turn the partition to dynamic? Also is this dangerous and can I turn it back?
any one?

U can resize c drive if you turn off the system protection for c drive.
After resizing enable system protect in c drive.

You should be able to right click on Computer and select Manage. Scroll down to Storage and then Disk Management.
You should be able to right click on the C:\ drive and expand the drive with the unallocated space.
You may have to right click on the G:\ drive and shrink the volume first.
Another method would be to convert the C:\ drive from Basic to a Dynamic drive (also done in Disk Management) which will allow you to expand the C:\ drive with the unallocated space.
