You haven't mentioned Runescape, so "Runescape" - profanity will get players muted/banned if they are reported getting any past the filter, or there are "safe chat" worlds where only specific geme related phrases can be used from lists.

It's hard to recommend a specific MMO game 2 play, because everyone likes something different. A game I love you may not. By MMO you mean any kind of game played with a community of fake online virtual people type thing? Maple Story 's pretty okay I suppose. Assuming people police this kind of thing with "safe" and "unsafe" areas, Second Life might qualify..

Code of Everand would be perfect for your sister. Kid friendly (but not boring), no profanity and free to play. Plenty to keep her occupied - she gets a critter (pet) and has to complete quests and battle monsters as she moves up through 100 levels.
