    Hello,

Poor posture has always been a dilemma for every one who has it. It could be because of bad habit (like slouching or not sitting up straight). This can result to back pain. Not only that, it lowers your height plus it affects one's overall look. Disregarding this issue may lead to some untoward circumstances.

Well, to those who are having it, I'm sorry to hear that. But do not fret because there is a solution. There are free pointers and there are also "not free" alternative.

Youtube can provide you lots of how-to videos for making your posture straight again. Also, there were other posts out there. All you need is to search for them.

Another solution is you buy a posture brace. Well, it may cost you something, but it's actually worth the cost. The results are better and faster if you opt for this option.

Here you go. My opinions are said and you can choose which one's suit you best.

    Regards,

    Kim
