I can't tell the difference. Personally I hate condoms so maybe that's why?

It does take some getting used to, at first it does feel like a constant wedgie, well because it is, and it's a little uncomfortable. After a couple of time wearing one you should start to get used to it. Just try not to think about it all the time. Also it might be the type of thong. A thicker thong will be more "noticeable" so to speak than a thinner one. Not visually obviously.
