Why "no yeast, no gluten"?
Why do so many people ask for bread recipes that contain no yeast and no gluten? I know that some people are gluten intolerant, but is it also a vegetarian issue? Do people believe that gluten-free bread is healthier somehow? Why?
And what about yeast? I've never heard of anyone who is allergic to yeast. Is that even possible? Or is that also a vegetarian issue, because yeast is a "living organism"?
Will someone please enlighten me?

Some people can't have gluten. Others feel gluten is a substance that contributes to allergies, fibromyalgia, and chronic fatigue syndrome. Yeast might be that some people are allergic to it, or simply don't want to consume bacteria or yeast may also contribute to the afore mentioned conditions. Probably people who are prone to Candida/ yeast infections would not want to consume it.

Vegans don't eat yeast, and of course some people are allergic to or have an illness where they can't eat gluten.
Mainly I think it's just the new trend that it pops up so much.
