Google AR 600-9 you can find out anything you need to know about height/weight standards for the Army.
Basic Training was tough I'm 5'2 120, but I had alot of fun.

There was a girl in my company at basic who was very short. 4'10"
She had a rough time on the long marches because her legs were so short but other than that, I wouldn't see any problems.
