all of the above and (on a pc) go into control panel and make sure the sound device is set to the correct one. U may have more than one and be plugged into the wrong one, you may also have to check ur device manager for drivers as the above stated, it will tell u if the drivers are bad or there is an error there. Try looking up your computer manufacturer and downloading the audio drivers for it again and reinstalling or updating them. If after all that, no sound... u got dead speakers.

I would try reinstalling the sound drivers for your machine. Chances are your drivers are corrupted and just need to be reinstalled. It is either that or your speakers are no longer functioning due to a number of possibilities.

If you are on a windows computer go to the bottom right hand corner and make sure your sound is all the way up and not muted. If you are on a mac go to the top right hand corner and make sure the sound is all the way up and not muted as well. If you have a laptop with a mute button i would check and make sure it isn't pushed.

Make sure it is not muted or turned down in the system volume. Right click "My Computer" click "properties" click the hardware tab and click the device manager button and make sure your sound devices are enabled

must be that your sound card is broken. or perhaps your computers sound is ruled by the pix card. maximum suitable to open it up, supply it a clean (not WITH WATER) and installation the maximum recent drivers on your sound card and pix card/ Oh and consider it isnt on mute ;)
