Magic the Gathering U/R Deck Improvements?
Ignoring JTMS (whose price is just ridiculous), any suggestions on how to improve this deck? Basic idea is to stall/card draw until I can power up Pyromancer's Ascension and cycle Call to Minds with a damage spell, or just pop a big Eldrazi (which are mainly there for mill protection). My main problems seem to be mana color balance and all the enchantment control around currently. This is for Standard.
Mana sources:
Island - 9
Mountain - 10
Scalding Tarn - 1 (will swap out Islands and Mountains for more when I get them)
Tectonic Edge - 4
Everflowing Chalice - 3
Creatures:
Kozilek, Butcher of Truth - 1
Emrakul, the Aeon's Torn - 1
Planeswalkers:
Jace Beleren - 4
Others:
Pyromancer's Ascension - 4
Spawning Breath - 3
Lightning Bolt - 4
Burst Lightning - 4
Staggershock - 4
Call to Mind - 4

-3 Spawning Breath: Bad card.
-1 Kozilek: Sideboard is better for him if you're worried about mill.
-3 Everflowing Chalice: Last time I checked, Pyromancer Ascenion decks spent all of their mana digging for Ascension and ways to charge it.
-1 Emrakul: Again, sideboard him against mill decks. And you don't even need more than 1 Eldrazi Titan in sideboard anyway.
+4 Preordain: It finds the Ascension, and cantripping is helpful.
+4 Foresee: Again, it finds Ascension and missing pieces.
I'd also probably take out Staggershock for Mana Leak, but that's your call. Not all threats are creatures, and some creatures are too big to Bolt.

I would cut the Spawing Breath for Preordains, the Eldrazi for See beyond and the Chalices for Forsee. Basicly with Pyromancer you want to draw into your Ascension and your burn spells. And if your really worried about mill put 1 Eldrazi in your sideboard.
