Is it desperate to ask out a girl that previously rejected you?
Im in high school. this girl im friends with said no to me when i asked her out. i got over her then. but now im starting to like her again. it seems like she's showing interest now. she always asks me to walk with her to places. and asked me to go to the school shes switching to in a couple of years. i dont want to seem desperate though.

Yes, it is. Don't ask her, but keep your relationship steady, try to act like you aren't interested.
She'll want you more if you aren't doting on her. It seems less like an option, and more like something she'll need to try more to get.
Besides, it's much more reliable for her to come to you, trying to hint that she's changed her mind or that she was wrong before.

its not desperate. just wait couple more days maybe week just to make sure she is in to you.
